The game

A minimalist, pixel art, Asteroids-like space shooter written in Rust. 

Increase your highscore by destroying asteroids and enemies alike. 

Particle and audio FX appear to lag behind when playing via itch.io on some devices, I apologise.   ^(- . -)^ This does not happen when  playing the WASM build locally or simply building an executable from source, so do feel free to do just that.

Features

• Infinite wave system with increasing difficulty
• Power-ups that upgrade weapons and shield

Controls

• Accelerate with W or Up
• Turn left/right with A/D or Left/Right
• Fire with Space
• Pause the game with Esc
